Led a $170M capital construction project and opening operation, integrated the 111-bed facility into a complex, highly matrixed nine-hospital health system. Developed and recruited senior management team and promoted integrated decision-making between the chiefs of services and executives. Oversaw population health management for five rural counties and 450 FTE.
